The Restore Court of Arbana sentenced a man for a period of twenty months for the crime of abuse of his wife’s son and a 25 -day permanent punishment for a slight continuing crime. It was also accused of the crime of sexual assault and two exhibitions through the inability to prove these behaviors.
The facts date back to the past 2022 when the defendant lived with his wife, son and daughter. The defendant, who had a patriarchal relationship with his wife’s son, was convicted after the child’s testimony, who was informed of episodes of physical violence and repeated insults. After a comprehensive analysis of the child’s testimony and expert evidence, the room considers that the degree of certainty necessary for sexual assault and syntax was not achieved before the indicators were ambiguous and the lack of famous encouragement in the actions that were evaluated, and thus were acquitted.
However, the sentence considers that the defendant twice was mismanaged twice physically – and he abandons the neck in one of them and hit him in another – and that for weeks he made turbulent comments such as “lack of vouchers or selling nuts” or “no one in life”, which seriously affects himself. For these facts, the court imposes two sentences for 10 months in prison due to ill -treatment and a permanent position of 25 days on temptation, as well as various measures to remove and prohibit communication with the victim.
In addition, the defendant must compensate the child with 1,000 euros due to morale. The court emphasizes that although the severe psychological effect was not adopted, there was an emotional effect that justifies compensation. The ruling is not firm and can be appealed before the Castila Y Supreme Court of Justice.
