Part of the wrong ceiling of the Mothers Hospital in Ourense collapsed on Saturday on the third floor of the building, a collapse that did not cause personal damage but the materials.

According to sources from the Ministry of Health that EUROPA PRESS consulted, it is a “small collapse” of the wrong ceiling in the enthusiastic child traffic area, apparently, by the air conditioning channel.

They also detailed that this collapse did not affect the hospital treatment area and confirmed that it extends immediately to clean the area.

In this context, something similar occurred last year in another area of ​​the mother’s child and also leads to material damage. It was at the end of 2023, when the fall was recorded on the side of the surface of the birth room, on the first floor of the building.

For her part, NOA NOA, National Deputy by Ourense Noa, on Sunday, presented that BNG will “demand” the appearance of the Ministry of the Ministry, Antonio Gomez Kamano, in the Galego Parliament to give clarifications about this new collapse, which was described as “very dangerous” and “that could cause personal damage that cannot be continuing.”

In this sense, BNG remembered in a press statement that the “deterioration” of the construction of the Mother’s and Crafts Hospital in the Ourense University Hospital Complex “is one of the main problems” in the infrastructure of UNNANA’s health infrastructure.

In fact, he condemned that in recent years there have been different incidents that communicated with inspection or even publicly, such as the fall of the ceiling in the birth room at the end of 2023.
