Salanka lawyers resume free legal assistance service for the elderly

The mayor of Salamanca, Carlos Garcia Carbayo, and Dean of the Da`wah College of Alamenka, Miguel Del Castilo Alonso, in Salamanca, renewed the cooperation agreement to provide free legal assistance to the elderly for free during the year 2025, which will be operated on April 11.

The goal is to prevent any position from violating their rights and contributing to improving the quality of their lives. The company’s law was also attended by the President of the Supreme Associations Union in Salamana (Famasa), Francisco Gomez, Arimiro Perez and Francisco Monuz, on behalf of the Secretary of Grievances in Salanka.

In this way, both institutions give continuity to develop procedures within the framework of the legal aid and guidance service and the specific information program for the elderly who will be able to collect legal legal consultations and receive information that makes it easy for them to enjoy their rights and basic freedoms, as well as support in any case of neglect in this field. Since 2016, the date of the launch of this service has received a total of 619 elderly free advice.

In this context, Garcia Carpio highlighted the role that the Salamanca College of Calling in the service of the city’s elderly plays, “who are fully confident in flawless professionalism, rapprochement and wonderful treatment for their lawyers.”

Receiters are people registered in the city of Salama with 60 years or older, and they are retired, retired or unemployed. This service provides advice on their rights and obligations, the legal consequences of actions or companies that natural persons can implement, studying legal solutions, information and support, the necessary efforts for agencies and departments, requesting previous measures, and writing writings. The procedural procedures for this agreement reach these beneficiaries of free justice, and the lawyer will be paid to the previous workpiece.

New beneficiaries and face expansion -interface care

Among the developments by 2025, the agreement includes as new beneficiaries, members of the Associations and Organizations Administration Councils in the city of Salanka to resolve doubts and consultations on their rights and obligations related to their responsibilities and the performance of their positions.

The new agreement extends two days a week, Tuesday and Friday, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, which will be held personally at the Salamanca College of the Advocacy College (Da`wah Law, 4-5). It will only be considered home care for the elderly who are permanently impossible to move or at a non -applicable moment of the need to go to the Law College.

On the other hand, the agreement is also considering achieving training days, through which collective advice is implemented, also open to technicians from departments and the Board of Directors of old societies, as well as all lawyers interested in knowing the fears of the service recipient.
