Today, Thursday, April 3, 2025, Saint Ricardo de Cichister is celebrated. He was born in Washi, the United Kingdom in a modest family, though, he managed to study in Oxford, Paris and Bolonia, where he was graduating in law and theology. He practiced as a different diocese consultant until the Pope Bara’a, the fourth bishop of Chichester, was appointed. King Henry III stripped him of his resources and forbidden to reach places, however, Ricardo continued preaching and defended justice for his diocese.
On the other hand, the blessed Saint Pedro Eduardo Dankovsky is celebrated, and he remembers him because of his faith and his firm courage during the Nazi invasion and the occupation of Poland. He was arrested because of his Christian position, and he was transferred to the field of Auschwitz. His sacrifice was not in vain, as he worked to inspire prisoners to stay firm in his beliefs.

Why does the saint celebrate?
The day of the celebration of the saints has the beginnings of Spanish territory thanks to the Christian tradition that was created centuries ago in Spain. But what does the saint really mean? Catholicism took every day of the year to remember (the memory) of these brilliant Christians who suffered from torment, on many occasions of those who denied the Catholic faith.
The connection of the saint and Christmas
There is a word linked to the congratulation of the saint. It is the word “onomastics”, which indicates the day when the Catholic Saint is the person of the person bearing this name. It is also common to refer to the person as flexible, although he is not synonymous words. This happens because it was a tradition that people put the name of the saint opposite the day they were born. In this way, the sacred and Christmas coincided into one date, usually called onomastics.
