The main road for Alamana, which closes traffic for eight months

Avenida Savidra and Vagardo, between Carlos I and Castrovard Street, will remain closed to traffic from June 30 to perform business in the area. This procedure is carried out by the railway infrastructure official (ADIF) and is estimated at an approximate period of eight months. This fact will be forced to reorganize traffic in the region.
On the one hand, the city’s entrance to El Zurguén, Teso de la Feria will be held through Paseo Four Calzadas, Calle Dos Encinas, Camino de Miranda and Calle Teso de la Feria. The departure of both the neighborhood will be held on the streets of Teso de la Feria, Pico Del Naranco, DOS ENCINAS and Paseo de Cuatcaada. The 9 and 14 urban buses will also be affected, which will follow these tours themselves. In the event of the departure direction in the city, the stop will be suppressed next to Pucela Restaurant and will be established on Pico Del Naranco Street. The feeling of entry will not be affected.
On the other hand, general deviations will be created for the rest of the traffic. The city entrance will be implemented by Béjar Road through the southern tour of Salamanca (SA-20) and the neighborhood road. The city’s product will be implemented from Glorieta Vettones and Vacceos via Helmantic Road and Joaquín Rodrigo Street to the Southern Tour (SA-20).
The city of Salamanca has held several meetings with ADIF representatives, who will do these works, in order to negotiate alternatives and find the solutions in which the residents of these neighborhoods reside, as well as the residents of the rest of the city. In addition, from consistency, it was necessary to perform the beginning of work after the end of the school year to cause the least possible damage. Likewise, the City Council recently held meetings with neighborhood representatives who were informed of these aspects.
