Last year, the National Police and Civil Guard units liberated nearly 1,800 people who are worshiped by criminal organizations that are enriched with sexual exploitation, work or forcing them to commit crimes or begging. Publishing allowed an increase of 22 % in the number of rescue, including 32 minors. It is the main data for the balance of operations in Spain against the actions of the mafia, prepared by the Intelligence Center against terrorism and organized crime in the Ministry of Interior.
The number of 1794 victims who were rescued from brothels, roads, floors, crazy workshops or warehouses are slaves in the twenty -first century, where many of them were actually kidnapped by organizations that they presented a day, which makes them almost impossible. They are the victims of a criminal activity of this size to the point that it is the most profitable after drug trafficking, with a similar income for the illegal arms market. The term servant is not exaggerated. It is the sect that the judges and the police give to this scourge. Those who were rescued from the claws of 110 criminal organizations not only erupted in prostitution, but were also exploited in secret companies, in the countryside, in the crime, begging beggar, corners and supermarkets, or sold for forced marriage. In these raids, 976 of those who sang themselves were arrested through their harassment, stripped them of all right and using them just goods.
From the brothels, parks, or streets 632, victims were released. The overall are women (including sixteen girls), of very weak layers of Spanish society, especially Colombia, Venezuela, Romania and Paraguay. In these 188 operations, 525 members of 77 criminal groups were arrested. Caritas estimates that up to 90 % of women who are prostitution in Spain do not do it voluntarily and at least 80 % of foreigners, which is a good part of irregular position. Most NGOs emphasize that they are treated for sexual exploitation and prostitution in Spain.
