The solution suggested by PSOE before the crisis of access to the housing in Salamanca

The socialist municipal group from the city of Salamanca requires the preparation of an unemployed housing census permanently, and to determine 9 regions of the city that has the largest number of these characteristics, to enhance the municipal strategy from the Palestinian Authority

The Socialist Municipal Group submitted a proposal to discuss it at the following plenary session of the city of Salama, with the aim of developing an empty housing census in the city, allowing you to obtain reliable and detailed data on the Salmanino Housing Park. This initiative responds to the increasing difficulty in accessing housing in the city, a problem that particularly affects youth, families and the elderly.

“The difficulties in accessing housing are one of the main challenges faced by the nationality of Salamanca, with the real estate market, which makes it difficult to find a cost -cost home.” In addition, he pointed out that the popular party, after 30 years, rules in the city council, has not carried out effective measures to address this problem, always arrived late, which led to insufficient supply and a gradual increase in prices.

Mateos recalled that PSOE raised solutions such as promoting public housing, reasonable rent, housing rehabilitation, and regulating tourist floors to avoid their impact on the residential offer (a measure they have been requesting since 2017), or the advertisement of Salanka as a tension city to allow tax incentives for owners who hold their homes.

“If we look at the last statistics of INE, Salamanca has 6,510 uninhabited homes, which represents 7 % of the total real estate park.” In his opinion, this number directly affects the high rental prices, up to 8 % last year, and buy up to 15 %.

According to Antolín, “The biology where prices have risen a lot, there are a large number of empty houses.” For example, in neighborhoods like Garrido, housing rose to 12 % despite the presence of a large number of empty floors.

The socialist proposal is that the city council is an enumeration of housing, unemployed permanently, and determines the city’s fields with the largest number of these properties, to enhance the municipal strategy of housing and urban care that encourages the implementation of these properties.

Through this proposal, PSOE re -adheres to the right to housing and its willingness to enhance concrete measures to ensure fair and reasonable access to all Salanka, and always provides the welfare of citizenship against real estate speculation and abandoning them.
