A specialized report published by an American organization has launched a healthy warning that many foods that people are consumed because they are healthy and beneficial for the human body are in fact lots of toxins associated with many fatal diseases, including cancer.

A survey by the organization “consumer reports” and included 27 products present in the American markets and the world markets, concluded that many of them contain toxic substances that threaten the human body.

The gluten -free food market has experienced great prosperity in the last decade, in the midst of a broader evolution towards a “healthy food”, the support of many celebrities of these foods and a general vision according to which the foods which carry this classification are “healthier”.

According to the survey, among the foods that are in good health, and it is popular, a plant called “kisava”, which is a large root plant, and is very popular among diet followers because it does not contain gluten in addition to being multi-user; It can be crushed and converted into flour to make “gluten -free” snacks such as cookies.

The organization tested 27 species of potatoes, cookies and crackers in “kusava”, and found that some of them contained a quantity of bullets exceeding what was allocated during more than a decade of product tests.

According to a report published by the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, the survey revealed that dozens of products free from “gluten” have proven to be lots of toxic heavy metals associated with cancer and autism.

In general, two thirds of the products contained a quantity of lead per action which exceeds the maximum recommended by the organization, which represents up to 2000% compared to safe levels.

Experts emphasize that Kisava can absorb lead from the soil, where toxic metal is either naturally or stay there through polluted sewers or fertilizers.

Lead is dangerous because it can harm the brain cells, because studies indicate that this toxic mineral can cause learning difficulties and perhaps even autism.

“Some of these Cusava products contained the highest level of bullets we have tested,” said James Rogers, director of food security research to the organization.

He added: “We never want consumers to panic, but we want them to be aware so that they can take appropriate measures to reduce their bullets, because long -term exposure can cause negative health results.”

Lead is a heavy toxic mineral absorbed in the blood of contaminated foods, then it is transmitted to the brain, damaging the cells. Studies have already linked the balls to a high risk of learning difficulties and communication problems, and some have even indicated that exposure to balls in early childhood or the uterus can increase the risk of autism.

The Food and Drug Administration of the United States confirms that there is no safe level of bullets, while California recommends that people are not exposed to more than 0.5 micrograms of balls per day.
“Kusava” is particularly popular among more than 3 million people who do not eat gluten in the United States because they can be used to prepare loved snacks without exposing them to gluten.
Among the diet followers, “Kisava” is a common source of carbohydrates, while many other foods – such as bread and pasta – are excluded from the menu. It is estimated that between one million and three million people in the United States follow this diet.
