Russia and Ukraine exchange hundreds of war prisoners

Zelenskyy declared that the liberation of all prisoners of war and captured civilians would be an important step towards peace.
Russia and Ukraine exchanged 175 prisoners of war on Wednesday, in one of the largest exchanges since the beginning of the large -scale invasion of Ukraine through Russia three years ago.
The liberated Ukrainian army has been captured in several regions, including Mariupol, Azovstal, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporjia, Sumy and even Kursk, Russia.
After being discharged on the northern border of both countries, the prisoners were taken to a hospital in Chernihiv, Ukraine, where family members waited for their arrival.
