Cunri Supreme Court Contest, the first court, which focuses on the environment approach: Judge Narisimha

New Delhi, March 30, Judge Ps Narasimha, Supreme Court judge, said on Sunday that India is the first country to adopt an environmental approach in international jurisprudence.

The approach that focuses on man depends on the belief that humans are the most important creatures on Earth, and that the value of other beings and things depends mainly on their benefit to humans.

However, the environment -focused approach gives priority to the well -being of the entire ecosystem and its components, and nature is not only for human use, but also for itself.

The judges were speaking at the National Conference of the National Environment, which lasts-2015, organized by the National Green Court (NGT) in Vijian Bahwan.

Vice President Jagdib Dannikar was the main guest at this event.

Shedding light on the importance of these conferences, Judge Narrasim said that these conferences bring together a large number of stakeholders together, who find a common approach to restoring the environment.

“Such conferences bring people together and enable them to share ideas and accept new methods and ideas.” After one of these conferences, the court told the “Amicus Curie” (the cooperation of the court), that the approach that focuses on man towards the environment is not suitable for us and must change towards the opinions that focus on the environment. ” ”

The judge said: “I think this is the first time that the Supreme Court has accepted this request.” In international jurisprudence, we are the first country, or rather the first court, which adopted an approach to the environment. ” ”

He said that this change was also due to the country’s culture, which has never considered human beings to the environment, but it saw that the environment was a living creature, whose human being is also part of it.

Judge Narisimha said, “If you go back to the basic points and think about the simple measures available at the Earth level, we will be able to raise simple and practical ideas to return the land to its original location, and stay away from the measures imposed by Western countries on the environment,” Judge Narisimha said.

He expressed his appreciation for the role of NGT in organizing the conference.

The Attorney General Toussa also expressed his views of this event. He said that the government is constantly working to resolve issues related to the environment.

He said: “Environmental problems in India are dangerous, but they are taken seriously. There are many problems, but they are not so much that they cannot be solved. If we take steps now, we can restore nature balance and ensure a healthy future for coming generations.
